3. Your content

You keep all rights to the notes, transcripts, summaries, tasks, and any data you bring to Muesli ("Your Content"). You grant Muesli a non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, transcribe, summarize, and otherwise process Your Content for the sole purpose of operating the Service for you. We do not use Your Content to train AI models and do not share it with anyone outside the processors listed in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

5. Beta service

Muesli is in active development. Features can change, break, or be removed. We do our best to keep your data safe and the Service available, but it is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Don't rely on Muesli as the only copy of mission-critical data.

6. Pricing

Muesli is currently free for the people we invite. If we introduce paid plans you'll be notified before any charge.

7. Suspension and termination

You can disconnect any integration or close your account at any time by emailing raphael@hexa.com. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms; if we terminate without cause we'll give you reasonable notice and let you export Your Content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Muesli is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of fifty euros (€50) or the amount you paid Muesli in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Muesli against any claim brought by a third party that results from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Service, or content you uploaded or shared through it.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; when we do we'll update the date above and email signed-in users for material changes. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of France. Any dispute we can't resolve through a good-faith conversation will be decided by the competent courts of Paris.
